We meet monthly on the second Thursday from 2:30–4:15 PM at the Redwood Coast Senior Center in Fort Bragg, CA. View our Calendar for information about our next meeting.

Each meeting begins with about 45 minutes together as one group, often with guest speakers such as physical therapists, neurologists, social workers, or others knowledgeable about Parkinson’s. We then divide into two smaller groups—People with Parkinson’s and Care Partners—for another 45 minutes of informal conversation, support, and shared experiences.

Newcomers are always welcome, and there is no cost to attend.
